This disclosure clearly separates property purchase, property development, financing, investment, profit sharing, and joint ventures. Phelp Diaspora does NOT guarantee investment returns, rental income, property appreciation, financing approval, or completion dates. Legal review is required before launching any structure involving pooled investor funds, crowdfunding, securities, collective investment structures, or profit-sharing investment products.
